New Generation is a movement of young Christian people who are taking Jesus's love to their schools and universities.

- The most important place on earth
New Generation is the youth that sits next to someone who is lonely in the corridor and it is the New Generation group that hands out breakfast in school/university on a completely normal Thursday. It is the youth that hands out a bible to a classmate for Christmas and it is the New Generation group that does an anti-bullying outreach. Only to show God's love and that the Christian life is about others.
For New Generation the school and university are the most important places and it is an environment where the Christian message of love is needed in words and deeds. New Generation is young Christians from all denominations who want to make a positive difference in their schools and universities.
How does a New Generation group work?
The students themselves - their initiative and engagement - are the motor of New Generation. New Generation groups vary in size and their activities can look completely different from one group to another. Many groups meet once, or twice a week to pray, build fellowship with each other and read the bible. Some groups also plan an outreach that highlights the Christian message of love or contributes to a better school environment. Many groups also take action to counter bullying and alienation.
A New Generation group is independent and has the authority to decide over their activity. By being connected to New Generation, the group will be a part of an international movement with thousands of young Christian students spreading Jesus love to their school
What does the connection to New Generation offer?
Material & resources
Registered New Generation groups have access to concrete help and material, for example posters, outreach material, affordable Bibles and other products. The NG groups also have their own contacts at the NG office who offers help and support.
IDEAS & inspiration
An unbelievable creativity bubbles among the New Generation groups, but sometimes a little help is needed to get going! New Generation groups get monthly emails with new ideas and inspiration.
network
There is strength to being part of a network with people in similar situations. New Generation acts as a platform and meeting place where young people can inspire and help each other.

First of all - heaven is cheering and roaring for you have made a wonderful decision. Welcome to the NG family!

If every school had an NG group, everybody would potentially hear about Jesus during their school years.
To start an NG group is about taking faith to action. In many cases, it is the start of the ripple effect. We are convinced that God is calling the youth to shine for him in their school, city and everyday life. We want you to look at NG as an opportunity to reach the youth in your city!
What does NG mean?
New Generation is a cross-dimensional student organisation that wants to support young Christians in taking their faith to action in school. You could also describe NG as a movement of Christian youth who do different initiatives to highlight the love of Jesus in their school.
How can NG help your church?
We want you to look at NG as a tool for the church - not an extra thing you as a leader need to take care of but something that will help the church's important work. We all want more young people to hear about Jesus during their school years. Therefore, we want to be an encouraging voice about the part of life that is spent in school.
